About Kristel Brows

Kristel Brows has been operating internationally since 2022, and just recently opened a location in San Diego, CA.   We use the latest techniques and high-quality pigments to ensure long-lasting and beautiful results. 

Owner, Kristel Ann Flores Hill, is an internationally certified PMU artist, having studied and trained under Head Master Kathleen Cahanap with Artisan Brows Aesthetic Service and Training Institute.  

Kristel loves working one-on-one with clients to assess their individual needs and enjoys highlighting clients’ natural beauty with her artistry and technique 

Originally from the Philippines, Kristel Hill is eager to bring her unique talents, culture and artistic drive to the greater San Diego area. 

Kristel and her husband Jonathan currently live in central San Diego.
